7 I'm a published author on politics, culture, travel and space, including SETI.

8 I've had a private pilot's licence since 1988.

9 I led the UK Parliamentary campaign on the threat from Near Earth Objects (NEOs).

10 I have spoken at many national and international space conventions.

11 I have worked with space pioneers, including Stephen Hawking and Sir Arthur C. Clarke.

12 I'm a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society.

Hello, my name is Lev Yumanov. I am a mathematician who advocates a new way of thinking for young Asgardians – the scientific intuition and continuous logic basement. Continuous logic, intuition and illuminations are much more efficient and faster ways of solving both scientific and human life problems. These elements are necessary skills for any modern genius in mathematics and other sciences. I suggest developing the educational system in Asgardia acquiring the best from the best educational school of mathematics for children – the Russian system of preparation for national and international mathematical Olympiads. It includes the developing the mathematical intuition and top skills starting from age of 5 and further on.
I am a prizewinner in the international mathematical Olympiad and can work hard to develop the new standards of education in Asgardia.

A Russian historian V.I. Scherbakov in 1989 has found on Earth the exact location of the mythical city of Asgard . Moreover, later that year he published an interesting book “ Asgard – the city of Gods ”.  There was a story with an interesting extraterrestrial “Third Message to the Mankind”. Nobody could tell if it was real or not, but supposedly, in 1929 there had been a radio transmission in 4 main languages (English, Spanish, Russian and Chinese) by an unknown person named Nikomo, representing some extraterrestrial Coalition Detachment of Observers. In this message, the CDO in particular suggested the humanity to change the binary logic basement of thinking into the continuous logic basement, and offered some help if needed:

Your social and personal morality is governed by polar rules, polarized concepts: "good" - "evil", "life" - "death", "gain"- "loss", "recognition" - "non-recognition", "love" - "hatred" and likewise.

... Even in the jury you determine guilty on the principle of "yes" - "no", which can be still permissible for the fate of one person and cannot be acceptable for solving the destinies of peoples. However, the same principle "yes" - "no" prevails during nationwide referendums or voting in parliaments. Moreover, discrete logic allows you to trust the destinies of peoples and Humanity to several individuals…

If the Mankind is inclined to think about joining the Coalition, it will have to work beforehand to restructure the logical foundation of its thinking according to the scheme of thinking, generally accepted in the Coalition. This requirement is dictated not only by the fact that the now defective type of thinking inherent in Mankind would evoke a progressive inferiority complex in Humanity, which has entered the Coalition. The Humankind would be useless for the Coalition, as well as the Coalition for Humanity. Without transforming the logical foundation of our thinking in the Mankind, we are unable to help you.

The initial course of continuous logic and detailed instructions on the gradual education in the next generations of the skills of continuous-logical thinking CDO undertakes to transmit at the first demand of Mankind. However, not before the different peoples of humankind stop senseless strife and agree to concentrate their efforts in this long process of restructuring thinking. Acquaintance of one of the belligerent peoples with the principles of continuous-logical thinking would be similar to handing him the absolute weapon and eventually could destroy Humanity…”

You may believe this message or not but this message is more timely today than ever. It is just the time to implement the new continuous logic basement to the whole science, politics and education. The theoretical postulates of the continuous logic are well known to mathematicians. Continuous logic is a natural development of a primitive binary (0 - 1) logic onto continuum [0, 1] logic. The practical aspects of continuous logic are also well known to the people of new generation. In practice, the continuous logic thinking is using the Human Heart as an important decision-making center perceived as Heart intuition. This type of thinking is based on maintaining personal and global harmony, peace of mind and love located in ones Heart. The Heart then generates a noticeable electromagnetic field around a person’s body. This personal protective field also better interconnects the two hemispheres of the brain and makes them work together in a more dynamic manner. This protective shield is also needed to save the memory in the brain during a potential Earth’s electromagnetic field fluctuations, solar flares or possible magnetic pole shifts.

I believe that the new humanity should think different and Asgardia is to lead the humankind in this process. The knowledge is here, it is time to implement it for everyone.

The adoption of a strategic roadmap consisting of an articulated long term perspective of the Nation of Asgardia’s goals and processes in order to Implement them by engaging , aligning and enthusing Potential partners & political bodies, sectoral senior officials through high-level events & realizing the general objectives of the nation’s legitimate general goals in harmony with the best interest of the Nation of Asgardia’s overall political, economic, social and humanitarian agenda. This will ensure greater consistency and coherence between the Nation of Asgardia’s policy and its overall interests, ambitions and policies to play an important role in ensuring effective mutual understanding and support the exchange of information on a global scale , in particular on model schemes developed through community programmes. Thus working towards reaffirming and reinforcing the Nation of Asgardia's attachment to its principles and priorities of particular " the principle of  common but differentiated responsibilities ". Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace & equality in the world.

2. Why do you want to accomplish this ? How will this benefit the Nation of Asgardia ?

Imperial governance and Global Sovereign State are interchangeable but interconnected keywords for sustainable development and for the assured cooperation & convergance between the nations of the world, and are an integral part of the Nation of Asgarida's core  values. The Nation of Asgardia’s ever-soaring government will enable a continent as vital as Europe to force dialogue , and cooperation between its varied political bodies , factions and  other microstates on aspects and concepts such as local capacity strengthening, the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms for all,  the rule of law and equitable access to legal systems, management of natural resources,  the fight against corruption and fraud, accountable management of public funds, institutional development and reform, global governance and security sector reform . In this context, incline the United Nations to consider the unavoidable fact of accepting the new emerging system of majestic rule.

3. How will you know that you have succeeded?

Once the Nation of Asgardia's framework for internalization of external relations is established, this shall scale up international assistance in addressing and taking into account the conclusions of univeral debate launched by the ministry on sustainable future growth, And When The Nation of Asgardia has agreed to enhance the frequency, scope and effectiveness of their thematic policy dialogue in key priority fields like economic and social infrastructures. The transparency shall be enhanced in financial markets and investor information mechanisms shall be developed. To reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person , ministerial meetings will work towards final regional integration . Trade and investment shall be its main method and the ground it shall be fixed upon by which are vectors for economic stability and inevitable sustainable growth. Well integrated regional markets with efficient solid infrastructure will attract investment and facilitate business, enhance employment creation and revenues, and improve access to better and more goods. and services.

4. Who will help you develop and implement the Political Platform ?

The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan , in itself being a member of the Mediterranean Union, will play a major leading key role in the Middle-East area in the upcoming years. Joint experts, groups and other competent Mediterranean Union states will assess the possibility of holding sectoral ministerial meetings, between their governments & the Nation's elected members of the Directorate of Public Administration . Eventually leading them to develop and implement, in cooperation with international and regional agencies, a sound and long-term advocacy strategy for the Nation of Asgardia , including harnessing the power of communication media to promote its idealic take on integrated and comprehensive approach to data collection and analysis to ensure that the information available in regional and national bodies is fully and legally utilized; and provide technical assistance to those countries where capacity is less developed.

5. What Individual and/or group will have to take action for you to accomplish your purpose?

Effective integration, interoperability and interconnection between different nations & countries in the near future are key features of an efficient network of alliance. The Nation of Asgardia will moderate a dialogue with its guests , including organizations representing operators, authorities, employees and user groups, in order to identify its All involved actors who will work to reinforce synergies between the various policy frameworks and accompanying financial instruments, to increase efficiency in dealing with the Nation 's challenges. Existing bridges between cooperation instruments will be used to support the continental dimension of the action plan activities.

6. Who can Influence the people who have to take action?

My commitment with The Nation of Asgardia & the Nation’s unshaken long-standing support will improve coordination between the key actors for the action plan's implementation, ambitious voluntary commitments are already in place, to make ready relevant instruments, according to their respective scope of application to Exert coordinated and concerted efforts to strengthen the framework for a follow-up assessment of the interaction between the different components of the respective responsibilities that will be made available in due time and will giveclear indications for further operational support . This can facilitate modal shift towards more environmentally friendly modes of national understanding.

7. What Influence do you have and how can you use your influence?

Efforts will be made to strengthen the coordination between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) And the Nation of Asgardia to ensure coherence and complementarity between bilateral initiatives and collective commitments,  to ensure stronger coordination and collaboration between the different geographical working groups dealing with many issues in line with the principle of essentially treating The Nation of Asgardia as Motherland. Open and regular dialogue which builds trust, mutual understanding and contribution to developing common agendas and approaches that feed into thepolitical level and decision making process to further develop and endorse concepts, doctrines and procedures related to views and best practices on matters of joint interest.

Se fomenten entre la población la armonía y la creatividad, respetando la fundación de poblaciones acordes a los principios que nos rijan y se promuevan y difundan los derechos de los asgardianos  para ser reconocidos como una nación libre y soberana.
