Ser solidarios con los demas asgardianos, siempre que la razón de ayuda sea de buena fe, es decir que sea una acción que no dañe o perjudique de alguna manera a los asgardianos asi como a nuestro hogar, ni a sus dirigentes de cualquier rango, la solidaridad como una base para ser un buen asgardiano es muy importante, ya que asi nos relacionaremos mas con el entorno y crearemos muchas mas amistades, y nuestro entorno sera mas familiar.

La responsabilidad y la puntualidad como dos grandes pilares que van de la mano desde tiempos remotos, asi crearemos mas vinculos y los demas asgardianos se llevaran una gran impresion del ciudadano.

Entonces ya tenemos cuatro puntos importantes, cada uno decide en que orden los lleva, lo importante es recordar que todos somos uno y ninguno es mejor que otro.

Soy  informático  de  oficio,  cargo  que  llevo  desarrollando desde  hace  33  años.  Actualmente compagino  estas  tareas técnicas  junto  con  otras  más  operativas  como  la  gestión de  las infraestructuras del edificio donde trabajo.

I am a computer specialist, a position I have been developing for 33 years. Currently I combine these  technical  tasks together  with other more operational ones  such  as the management  of the infrastructure of the building where I work.

• 1.- SISTEMA DE CONSULTA CIUDADANA Y LEYES GENERALES : A los fines de evitar repetir los errores que han llevado a las actuales Naciones, a que sus ciudadanos sean sometidos por el sistema político, es elemental un Sistema de Consulta Ciudadana, que permita con total agilidad a cada ciudadano dentro de un plazo prudencial manifestarse en torno a las decisiones claves que han de tomarse para toda la Nación. Esto debe estar traducido en Leyes Generales que evite la necesidad de grandes cantidades de leyes cuyo único resultado es el desconocimiento de la población del sistema legal que lo regula y los derechos que posee.

2.- ASEGURAMIENTO DE LA COBERTURA DE LAS NECESIDADES BÁSICAS : La creación de un Sistema de Educación y Salud con coberturas elementales, a los fines de evitar las grandes desigualdades entre ciudadanos, es vital si queremos una sociedad en la que las diferencias entre las posibilidades de sus ciudadanos, produzcan efectos nocivos que alteren la paz social y la seguridad. Cómo así también, la cobertura mínima en alimentación, vestimenta, ocio, etc., que permitan a cada ciudadano estar en un nivel elemental que le permita darse paso entre el resto con las mismas oportunidades.

3.- SERVICIOS UNIVERSALES Y BÁSICOS ESTATALES : A los fines de sostener el anterior sistema propuesta, es indispensable que los servicios básicos sean gestionados desde el Estado con un control permanente de los ciudadanos, con el objetivo de asegurar cobertura del mismo nivel, para todos por igual. Y primordialmente la BANCA, de manera que el desarrollo y el impulso de proyectos económicos de todo tipo sea accesible a todos.-

Happiness is one of those great disadvantages on earth and that leads to sadness, despair, emptiness and detachment from its citizens. The question that arises now is how can we be happy?

Las pruebas nos han enseñado que el odio, el racismo, el fundamentalismo y las guerras, no nos llevan a nada.  Debemos comenzar a trabajar en la idea de un nuevo ser humano, libre de armas,  inserto en la naturaleza, a la cual debemos cuidar y respetar cada vez que pensemos en construir pueblos y ciudades.  Insertos en una nueva sociedad, donde el respeto hacia el otro sea preponderante y que la idea del gozo de la vida y del progreso solo se consiguen en un entorno de respeto y de paz.

En mi país,Argentina,  en los últimos años nos hemos dividido por diferencias políticas y a pesar de no haber tenido guerras internas recientes, seguimos viendo como muchos mantienen una negación y no admiten otra forma de pensar que no sea igual a la propia.   Esto sigue ocurriendo en la mayoría de los países del mundo actualmente y en regiones enteras. Ha llegado la hora de cambiar esa postura y comenzar a pensar que todos queremos ser felices, que todos queremos vivir en paz y que todos queremos crecer en una sociedad justa, donde mis obligaciones y mi libertad este auto controlada por el respeto al derecho de los demás.

Human beings are governed by degrees of values and virtues that determine us, through learning and the evolution of more than one million years, what kind of individuals we want to be.

The evidence has taught us that hatred, racism, fundamentalism and wars do not lead to anything.We must begin to work on the idea of a new human being, free of weapons, inserted in nature, to which we must take care and respect every time we think of building towns and cities.  Inserted in a new society, where respect for the other is preponderant and the idea of the joy of life and progress are only achieved in an environment of respect and peace.

In my country, Argentina, in recent years we have been divided by political differences and despite not having had recent internal wars, we still see how many maintain a denial and do not admit another way of thinking that is not equal to one's own.  This continues to happen in most countries of the world today and in entire regions.  The time has come to change that position and begin to think that we all want to be happy, that we all want to live in peace and that we all want to grow in a just society, where my obligations and my freedom this self controlled by respect for the rights of others.

Si no puedes cambiar el mundo, crea uno nuevo. Hoy en día, vivimos en una sociedad separada por estereotipos, odio y dificultades arraigadas en la humanidad. Pero es la hora del cambio.

En mi ideal, Asgardia es un lugar donde todos puedan desarrollar sus proyectos, sus conocimientos y, sobre todo, conseguir sus metas. Con un gobierno formado por especialistas (psicólogos, científicos, ingenieros, pedagogos, contables y todo tipo de obreros) que puedan crear una nación sostenible, autosuficiente y pluricultural, debemos asegurarnos de facilitar unas condiciones mínimas a todas las personas. Podrá ser posible desde el inicio gracias a dos factores: Donaciones y aportaciones (no económicas) a la sociedad. Así, un puesto administrativo podría cubrirse a cambio de alojamiento temporal y bienes básicos, así como un sueldo en base a las aportaciones recibidas.

Finalmente, apostar por la alta tecnología será clave. Necesitamos que llegue a todos los hogares y que los últimos avances se centren tanto en reducir costes como extender la capacidad de dispositivos existentes. Una vez consigamos un presupuesto mayor, potenciaremos el estudio de energías limpias, computación y ciencia espacial.

In my ideal, Asgardia is a place where everyone can develop their projects, their knowledge and, above all, achieve their goals. With a government made up of specialists (psychologists, scientists, engineers, educators, accountants and all types of workers) who can create a sustainable, self-sufficient and pluricultural nation, we must ensure that we provide minimum conditions for all people. It will be possible from the beginning thanks to two factors: Donations and contributions (not economic) to society. Thus, an administrative position could be covered in exchange for temporary accommodation and basic goods, as well as a salary based on the contributions received.

Finally, betting on high technology will be key. We need it to reach all households and that the latest developments focus both on reducing costs and extending the capacity of existing devices. Once we get a bigger budget, we will promote the study of clean energies, computing and space science.

Who am I? I'm a Informatic Engineer student at Granada, (Spain) who is interested in politics and citizen representation. I have experience in student representation and union movilization.

The basic pillars of my platform:

1.Promote dialogue among the Asgardians.

2.Promote equality of social classes, without destinction.

3.Promote citizen participation in politics.

4.Define Asgardia as a Kingdom of workers of all classes.

5.Bring to parliament citizen proposals.

6.Encourage the use of Esperanto, the universal language.

Mi nombre es Luis Eduardo Olivares Salas, tengo 21 años y me encuentro en intención de representar a la comunidad del distrito electoral #4 como parlamentario.

Podría escribir acerca de diversas propuestas sobre como podríamos guiar Asgardia en los distintos ámbitos que se necesitan para crecer como país, como formas de llevar a cabo la política, tipos de educación que es posible llevar a cabo, temas morales y éticos que deseamos tener en nuestra propia cultura Asgardiana, y muchas más materias que son primordiales establecer.

Pero esa no es mi meta en esta ocasión.

Al postularme para representar parte de la comunidad Asgardiana en el parlamento mi intención es representar puramente los deseos de quienes represento, sin que mis propias opiniones acerca de las decisiones altere lo que realmente busca la comunidad.

Las propuestas y decisiones que la comunidad quiera hacer realidad las defenderé como si fueran propios de mi persona.

Se me podría considerar relativamente joven para un cargo de esta magnitud por la falta de experiencia y el gran peso que puede llevar ser un parlamentario.

Una de las ventajas de ser joven como parlamentario es la capacidad de acercamiento a los miembros jóvenes de la comunidad a través de la red. Y gracias a esta ultima se facilita el trabajo de conocer otras culturas y tener una mente mas abierta respecto a las relaciones interculturales.

My name is Luis Eduardo Olivares Salas, I am 21 years old and I am in the intention of representing the  community #4 Spanish as a parliamentarian.

I could write about various proposals on how we could guide Asgardia in the different areas needed to grow as a country, as ways to carry out politics, types of education that can be carried out, moral and ethical issues that we want to have in our own Asgardian culture, and many more matters that are paramount to establish.

But that's not my goal this time.

By applying to represent part of the Asgardian community in Parliament my intention is to represent purely the desires of those i represent, without my own opinions about decisions altering what the community is really looking for.

The proposals and decisions that the community wants to make come true I will defend them  as if they were my own person.

I could be considered relatively young for a charge of this magnitude by the lack of experience and the great weight that can lead to be a parliamentarian.

One of the advantages of being young as a parliamentarian is the ability to approach young community members through the network. And thanks to this last is facilitated the work of knowing other cultures and have a more open mind about intercultural relations.

My name is Arnulfo Alegria and I am Ecuadorian, like many of the citizens of Asgardia, my biggest concern is knowing how and when Asgardia will be a real place, and how people who work nowadays, make this possible, although there is a lot effort on the part of the volunteers in constructing a stable virtual platform first, what the citizens need is to see the advances of infrastructure, to put it simple, plans and ideas to follow.

A few days ago Asgardia stopped being an idea to be real, with the launch of the first satellite of our nation Asgardia-1, in which hundreds of citizens uploaded information, such as the current constitution, coat of arms and flag, thanks to the effort of our Head of Nation Mr. Ashurbeyli and the citizens of Asgardia, we are no longer just an idea, and that is precisely what I will do, that Asgardia will advance to the next step and be a physical and concrete place, there is much to do, much to plan, but with the help from you citizen of Asgardia, it could be achieved.

We represent the desires of Humanity and our work is to achieve what nobody has until today, and it is to take the human being to space permanently, YES WE CAN, YES WE WILL ACHIEVE IT.
