3. To organize the system of interaction of citizens of Asgardia in the region;

4. To provide feedback to the state authorities of citizens of Asgardia on all questions connected with the implementation of the Declaration of Unity of Asgardia, the Constitution of the Space Kingdom of Asgardia;

5. To report about the implementation of government decisions and other acts of state executive agency;

6. Effective using of the regional budget, within the allocated funding for the current fiscal year, including the validity of requests for current funding and targeted programs of public authorities, the implementation of expenditures by types of activities and targeted programs, strict reports of implementation of the budget;

7. To organize a staff selection for the fulfillment of tasks set by the governmental authorities of Asgardia.
