It was a huge privilege to be able to enter parliament as a new AMP. I have now been reading and digesting much of what has been discussed. Now more than ever before I am thankful that so many people in parliament have done so much to advance Asgardia. I stand ready to do my share, and hope that others will follow suit. Get engaged with the process. Become a resident to share in the benefits and also duties. Let us advance the goals of Asgardia together.

My first attendance at a sitting of parliament. If you bring to mind every picture of the usual political theater of parliament in your own country, forget that image now. If only every parliament in the world had such friendship, support, and unity of purpose while encouraging open and free debate. This is the way forward. Whatever you do, wherever you are, join the community, become active in whatever way you can. Help us bring Asgardia into the future as an example for the world to follow.

My sincere thanks to all who have voted. This is a sign of involvement in Asgardia that you do not just browse and stay aloof. Becoming involved in any way that you feel aligned helps contribute to every aspect of Asgardian life. Thank you! Thank you also to those who voted for me. I am committed to serving all Asgardians to the best of my abilities. My virtual door is open to all. My thanks and respect to all who have been elected to serve as parliamentarians, and my confidence that we will work together with all of our colleagues to move towards our new future. OHOU!

I am a husband and father, a child of the world, a dreamer and a doctor, spiritual and earthbound, seeker of truths, a writer and teacher, a practitioner of wellness having less to do with orthodox medicine - but acknowledging all the advances of orthodoxy, yet still seeking to understand, to go beyond and uncover what lies beneath our illusory existence. Perhaps I am just a child of the future?

The more I think about the issues facing humanity, the more I am convinced that the current world situation demands not a rethink, but rather a complete reinvention of how we must organise ourselves in the future. I am also convinced that this will not come about by any sudden emergence of clear thinking on the part of our political bodies, but rather will be enforced by events that result in a restructuring of society. Cataclysmic events. As Asgardians, focused on the future of humanity as one body, as one family, we must be prepared to create that future society, yes in embryonic form, but as an embryo that develops and unfolds the powers inherent within that organisation. And as the evidence mounts up of the need for a new structure, and as the old structures fall and decay, our structure must then begin to rise, become more visible and offer a real approach to a troubled humanity. We could say that our focus is on space. But does not our earth occupy a part of that space? And should we not then act as a solar organisation, looking forward one day to the - I believe inevitable - interaction with other civilisations from beyond our solar system? I believe so. And that is another reason why #AsgardiaByelections0004 for me offers the chance to work as a parliamentarian, moving towards that future that appears so clearly to all of us. And if I do not receive that privilege, then as a volunteer, or as an active resident, I will continue to serve this aim.

If ever there was a time for radical change, this is it. We can rage against the current world situation, remaining powerless, or we can stay calm and thoughtful, and work towards a solution. Asgardia represents a way forward. Humankind needs our calm response, one of creating a new reality in all aspects of our relationships - relationships with each other, within our own selves, and with the world we currently inhabit and the universe in which we find ourselves. I am committed to that journey of solution-finding. From my personal perspective as a healer and medical doctor, with my experiences over several cultures in Europe and Asia, most of the continents of the world, and as a spouse, father and friend, I offer a balanced, calm and experienced view, coupled with a soul of service.
