Dear Asgardians,

My name is Pedro Cerqueira Gomes and I am an academic and a lawyer. At the present moment my career I am writing my PhD thesis about how the European States should buy innovative goods and services in order to satisfy public needs.

It is my believe that the place to foster innovation is at State level the main question is how. I can provide good knowledge to the Asgardia on what the role of the State should be when buying innovation.

Only with lawful innovation he can safeguard Asgardia Supreme Values (article 4 of the Constitution).
