I agree with your position and believe humanity can leave another way - more utopian, more friendly. We need a real common goal that will unite the entire planet. Now there is no such goal, everyone is trying to survive as they can and grab the maximum for themselves and their people.

Food, housing and education can become a common right for all in the future. The problem is not easy for those who live on the planet. I deeply feel that for those who are progressive enough for cosmic life, they may have a different level of ethics. Most of those who are willing to train, get ready, pay money and live in space tend to adhere to a different way of thinking. The problems you are talking about are definitely the product of the earth. I think that the space nation of Asgardia is being projected onto a more utopian future.
