Hi Everyone,
It was quite a read and there are a number of opinions that arose in the reading of the Constitution draft. Concerning recognition of citizenship and assurity; I don’t see the mention of the rights of Gays or Transgenders. I don’t read anything that implies ...

About the constitutional monarchy, the constitution states that the position is that of Head of State (currently Head of Nation, position that should be eradicated and substituted by the Head of State), which is to be recognized as King, President, of as Head of State. Candidates for the successor of this position would be nominated by the Parliament, the same HoS, and the Royal Court (one each), and they will be publicly elected via referendum. A problem I find here is the part (I do not recall which, help) where it says that the HoS, or the King, can discard these candidates. On that note, the Constitution also says the HoS can dissolve Parliament at ease, and can discharge minsters, representatives, attorney generals, deputies and others whenever he or she pleases.
