In times of great stress or just a plain old bad week how many turn to a hobby and what type? Mine is crochet. As I have gotten older, I dont find as much pleasure in cross stitch, needlepoint, embroidery ect. Have never had the time or money for outdoorsy types of hobbies like camping, rv ing ect. But with a little synthetic string and a hook I can create something useful. Even just the simple repetition of counting stitches in a pattern or the mindless row upon row of a blanket or sweater is as cathartic as meditation. How does your hobby help your emotional health? In space, such indoor crafty things as jounaling, blogging, digital scrapbooking, reading, watching movies ect can eleviate bordom, stress or make a plain old bad day better.

I lost my job recently and have fallen on hard times. Am still believing in Asgardia and for what it stands for. I will always be an Asgardian at heart. I will always believe that someday we will live amongst the stars, Be the Star brothers and sisters that the lighted ones of this planet believe us to be. So please believe in what we are doing. 🙏💕
