For old and sick, or with lungproblems, I would say yes.. if you are strong enough to resist you could try it out but if you run into problems search for help.. I have had it on my lungs + an unhealthy work and I was down.. have taken 3 shots now after I was sick, I am considering to take an other one as I still do that same job.. it is not only for me personally but also for the other people I live with..
