Commonly, for peak fitness, the two most progressive feilds tend to be that of performance athletes and the armed forces. Clearly these levels of effort expenditure are not for the taste of all, but it's possible to take similar techniques, and simply do them less. Not only around the desk, running on the spot rapidly is equally effective. Star jumps/jumping jacks are also great cardiovasicular - 150 of them sets most people panting. Various forms of press-ups, pull-ups, "planking" or otherwise using the body itself as a form of resistence in order to focus effort into specific muscle groups should provide a level of resistence you can "safely" cope with, leading to overall tone and with increased effort scale itself proportunately over time. A few such trivial excersizes repeated in small number, say 25 press-ups, 150 star jumps and 45s of planking - cost less than three mins - to some vague regularity(rest is as important, if not more so, than effort, but whilst one muscle group is resting one day, you can work on another) and through regularity, and scalar increase over time until the point you feel satisfied, it's possible to maintain a reasonable overall level of fitness with minimal specific effort.

Hello, You have many good ideas. Spiritual science and education centers focused in women's literacy are virtuous pursuits. In order to have a serious conversation on these topics, Asgardia MYE might require a proposal that has been developed dialecically in a subcommittee. I can understand a subcommittee or even a full committee on literacy or gender equality. Writing a proposal for the creation of that committee might take time, but your persuasive powers do not need to be the highlight. Once this committee is created, a proposal for women's education centers might be discussed dialectically (see the policy and scope post). Then, if this full committee meets requirements for cloture, a vote may be scheduled. This seems like an organized way to approach subjects like this, don't you think? I will discuss spiritual science in that post.

The intention for Asgardia is not to have one president run the country, it is not to be a republic. There well be one head of each ministry that will be elected, together they will form the governing body of Asgardia. But like Alex said, a lot of things need to happen first. A moral education is one that declares failing students to be moral degenerates. A moral education system is one that declares the values of one culture as superior to all others. Whether you believe in moral relativism or not, the simple fact is that there are many, many systems of morality practiced around the world, more systems than there are languages or cultures. A moral education system has to draw a line on what values are immoral and which ones are not. A moral education system in Asgardia will inevitably declare the vast majority of values brought by Asgardians to Asgardia to be inferior. An amoral moral education is another term for deontology, the branch of philosophy concerned with rules and ethics. Mandatory philosophy classes are certainly prudent, but I don't think it should be limited to deontology alone. A general philosophy course would cover Spiritualism, a branch of ontology, which is what Brandon7 seems to be discussing. Philosophy, when it is regarded as a science, is generally considered the softest science. It resists the scientific method, because philosophy is purely subjective, barring ontology proper, which nonetheless resists almost every application of the scientific method. See Dennett's heterophenomenology and the critiques of it, if you are interested in attempts to objectify ontology and the surprisingly passionate insistence that it can not be objectified.

The idea that Dr. Igor would be the Odin of today is not correct. There are several space projects for inhabiting places in space. One of which was recently approved to colonize the moon in 2017. So if Dr. Igor was to settle in space as you say, he would not be alone as many people have the idea to create a peaceful and sustainable life in space. It may make better use of your time and energies to contribute your ideas as a Citizen of Asgardia, to make our future nation a place that you would like to live in. We may not see time in space, but maybe our children will. So we must prepare that world for them, and prepare them for it. Hi all, I think there may be some things that need to be cleared up with regards to the mater of Citizenship. The United Nations does not grant citizenship to anyone, the U.N. can grant recognition that a place may be a *"new"* nation, but the right to determine it's citizens belongs to the nation alone. A citizen has come to denote *"a national with voting and passport rights"*. Citizenship is generally granted through one of two methods: 1. **jus sanguinis** - the principle of blood, descent and heritage play a pivotal role in defining who is, and can become, a citizen. Where people were born is not as important as if and how they can trace their ancestry back to the origin country. 2. **jus solis** - defines citizens as those born within the country, regardless of the citizenship of the parents. Foreign-born residents can, under certain circumstances, change their status and become citizens through naturalization. When combined, both place of birth and citizenship status can be used to divide the population into three categories, native-born citizens, foreign-born citizens, and non-citizens, and define who among the foreign born has acquired the full rights and responsibilities bestowed on all citizens. I dont get it. Acttualy, i have 3 citizenships, with Asgardia. I'm Brazilian that have all Brazilians ID's, and son of a Spanish Mother grants me the Spanish Citizenship, so i have double citizenship and double name and double passport... None cares. I can get out of Brazil wioth BR Passport and enter in Europe, with my European Passport like a citizen by the double citizenship. And stay as well i want... No green card needed.
