Then we must keep two types knowledge Nutrition & Digital Code.  Digital good for progress but Nutrition is for Maintenance. Digital Code is more important since the ships maintenance is most digital code. Truth is only the one who knows how every inch of the ship reacts can tell you how to fix whatever needing to be upgraded. They know how it works, so they know what the piece works, since then it will advance to maybe a crazy redesign of the object being coded. Maybe it's time for change.
