Sebahattin Devecioglu was born on May 19, 1968 in Elazig. In 1990, he received his Graduated Degree from Gazi University (Ankara) Faculty of Education, Physical Education and Sports Department.

In 1996 he earned his master degree from the Firat University (FU) (Elazig / Turkey), Institute of Health Sciences, Department of Physical Education and Sports Program, and started to pursue a Research Assistant position at the institution where he earned his MS degree.

In 1998-2002, he pursued and received his PhD degree from Gazi University, Institute of Health Sciences Department of Physical Education and Sports and pursued his Research Assistant positoin and started to lecture at the same institution.

In 2002 he helped, and developed the Department of Sport Management at Firat University and as an Assistant Professor, he became the first Chair Person of the department and pursued the position successfully untill 2010. He earned his tenure and became an Associate Professor in 2013, he is continuing his academic tenure as an Associate Professor at Firat University, Faculty of Sport Science, Department of Sport Management ( Elazig / Turkey).

Professionally in the business side of the sport industry he held Firat University Club Manager position Firat University Sports Club fort pense he period of 1995-1997, and again reelected fort he term of 2002-2009. He served as manager of Football Department Manager of Elazig Football Club, 2009-2010.

He bid for it and became an honorable member of UNESCO Physical Education and Sport Committee in 2005.

He was Commissioner at the Turkish Ministry of Youth and Sports; Sports Economics. Study Group, 2007.

He was a LLP-Erasmus-Teacher Staf Mobility-University of Rzeszów, Faculty of Physical Education, Rzeszów , Poland, 2009.

He was LLP-Erasmus-Teacher Staf Mobility- Unıversitatea Alexandru Ioan Cuza, Faculty of Physical Education, Iaşi, Romania, 2010.

He was Visiting Scholar of Dowling College, US in 2011.

He was Commissioner at the Ministry of Development for 10. The Development Plan Sports, 2013.

He was Visiting Research Scholar for at The University Of Maryland Baltimore County ( UMBC ) in 2014-2015 Sept.

As an NGO Representative at the United Nations Department of Public Information of The Light Millennium in 2015 he became a liaison contact between The Light Millennium and Turkey Representatives and served as Committee Coordinator for Sport and Youth International organization, 2015.

Since 2015 he is the president of Peace Ball Project.

He served as General Secretaria for the 10th International Conference in Physical Education, Sport and Physical Therapy (Icpespt2016), Firat University, Elazig, Turkey 2016.

In 2018 he became a member of Turkish Youth and Sports Ministry Education and Science Board.

He published books and presented several academic papers on his field of Sport Management (particularly in Sports Economics, and Sport Management)

we will fight against nature and surrounding animals to protect them

All living beings will be the most valuable assets of this eternal kingdom .

Congratulations on the clean and honest campaign, worthy of an Asgardian. In the days leading up to the parliamentary elections in Asgardia, I met people highly qualified to hold a post in Parliament, but for some reason failed to achieve this goal. What I have to say to these extraordinary minds who have not been elected to Parliament is that we Asgardians all have a role to play in building our society. We do not need to be in Parliament or in Government. In Asgard we are all equal in importance. Only the workplace is different. These bright and dreamy minds will be able to assist parliamentarians and ministers by contributing their knowledge to the construction of Asgardia. We need people who are capable, above all, of well-intentioned support to parliament and government, and these people have already shown what they are capable of by taking up leading public office, and they will certainly be asked in a timely manner. This is admirable. Anyone who puts collective interest above private interest is worthy of my respect and admiration. We are all to be congratulated in this first stage of the construction of Asgardia. Campaigns clean, no personal offense, unlike any we're used to seeing on the news. The Asgardian citizens gave an example of civility and respect. I'm very happy for this. I am a Social Scientist, Specialist in Projects and Social Policies. I work in the Federal Public Administration, where I learned everything not to be done in the public service. I have mainly learned that: In our local society, IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO BE LEGALLY CORRECT, WE SHOULD BE RIGHTEOUS, and our justice is not always on the side of what is humanly just. I want to be Minister of Citizenship because I feel aligned with Asgardian thinking. I am not only referring to my academic background, because knowledge means nothing if I do not walk side by side with good intentions. These are things that complement each other. I consider myself a person prepared to take over the Ministry of Citizenship, because I allowed life to teach me. I have been a good observer of social relationships throughout my life and I know the mechanisms of interaction in these relationships (I want to thank the Parliamentary candidate, Geoffrey West, a brilliant mind in every way, who made me realize that). A qualified person is not made with a university degree. A person prepared for a position of government does not necessarily need a university degree. He needs knowledge allied to the love of his brothers. If I have the honor of being chosen, I know that I will have special people of character and knowledge necessary for the performance of my ministerial activities. I am not afraid of the future because I will have my brothers highly qualified to build our ideal. I would like the future legislators in Asgardia to remember that. As I have just said, when they begin their activities, the Law must be based on moral principles, not on the moral principles of our original societies, but on the moral principles that govern the good and fraternal human nature that we possess. Because we are different: WE ARE ASGARDIA! I want the Light to accompany our elected members of Parliament. Believe in your love intuitions, for they will never be wrong. Good work, everyone.
