Which Legal System Should Asgardia Adopt?

OK. So very recently a member of the group post an interesting poll in the Facebook group:

OK. So very recently a member of the group post an interesting poll in the Facebook group:
The results from the poll titled: “Do you think Asgardia should have a transparent legal system?”
The results stand at almost 100% of the polls 172 participant (at time of writing) agreeing with the statement.
While we all seem to agree that we would like to see a transparent legal system little debate has occurred on the type of legal system we would like to adopt.

There are currently four 4 main distinct “types” of legal systems in operation across the world:

Common law is generally uncodified. This means that there is no comprehensive compilation of legal rules and statutes. While common law does rely on some scattered statutes, which are legislative decisions, it is largely based on precedent, meaning the judicial decisions that have already been made in similar cases. Civil Law, in contrast, is codified. Countries with civil law systems have comprehensive, continuously updated legal codes that specify all matters capable of being brought before a court, the applicable procedure, and the appropriate punishment for each offense. Such codes distinguish between different categories of law: substantive law establishes which acts are subject to criminal or civil prosecution, procedural law comprises the rules by which a court hears and determines what happens in civil, lawsuit, criminal or administrative proceedings., and penal law establishes the appropriate penalty. Customary law, in its simplest form, is a body of rules, unofficial and generally unwritten, established through cultural or societal norms. When a society considers certain behaviors or practices so common as to be required by law, whether officially recorded or not, those beliefs establish the basis for customary law. Religious law refers to the notion of a religious system or document being used as a legal source, though the methodology used varies Pluralistic systems where one or more of the above are used in conjunction to create a unique system wikipedia Pluralistic systems for further examples and where they are used for clarity. *** Which one do you think would best fit Asgardia, given what we see in the Draft Declaration of Unity and the Asgardia Concept page, and your personal thoughts and feeling.

Hi All, I was just going through some "local" events and came across this; It's an event hosted by the "Museo de Ciencias de PR" to support future en-devours by the Museo, and is to be held in *Plaza Las Americas, San Juan* between the 3 and 9 of April. Describing itself as: >Digital Planet Fair: Solar Eclipse 2017-Sun, Moon and Earth in Central Atrium of Plaza Las Americas. 7 days of activities and learning of science, engineering, mathematics, technology and innovation. The Museo has primarily designed this as a children's educational event and costs $6.50 (+IVU) which includes a guided tour for 1 - 1 1/2 Hours for school groups (I'm not sure at the moment about private groups). According to the Asgardia.space front page statistics there are 176 verified Puerto Rican members on the forum, so I'm wondering if any of us would like to get together, support a local educational facility, enjoy something space science related with our friends / family and other community members and generally have a good time. Right now nothing is being planned I am only wanting to know if anyone is interested in attending so I can look into inquiring and reserving a group reservation. Personally I would be more inclined towards a weekend date either 8 or 9 April.
