First Space Nation invites the most creative Asgardians to pitch their designs and ideas on how the gold medal ‘For Achievements in Space Exploration’ should look.

On this occasion we invite you to share your ideas on how one of the award's elements — the gold medal — should look.

The medal will become a part of the National award, which will go to individual or organization for extraordinary contributions to the advancement of human civilization in space. The award also includes an Asgardian pin and a certificate.

Unity day that happens on the 1st of Asgard (18th of June) every year is significant for all Asgardians. It got its name after the ‘unified voting day’ when Asgardian citizens were called upon to vote on the Constitution and the national symbols. The Constitution went on to pass with an overwhelming majority and the Declaration of Unity was enshrined by the Asgardian people. Unity Day is seen by Asgardians as a time to come together and celebrate in the spirit of the declaration of unity and Asgardia’s slogan “One Humanity, One Unity.” This year is shaping up to be better than ever as the Mayors of Asgardia and candidates that have paid their registration fee are set to take to the stage and rally their followers and host events, gatherings and celebrations across the world. To participate in the contest Mayors must come up with celebration ideas that could range from a cosy café meeting to a car rally. They'll be organising events and rounding up potential Asgardians to participate. During the celebration, the Mayors will arrange for quality videos to be recorded to mark and capture the occasion. All the videos will be published on the website where all followers and residents can vote for the celebration that they thought was the best of the bunch. Selecting the best videos from all the submissions will rest in the hands of the residents and followers. There will be limited Asgardian memorabilia awarded to top participants and the Mayor behind the video that is voted as the top submission will be invited as a guest to attend the first ever Asgardian Scientific and Investment Congress that will be held in ESA’s European Space Operation Center in Darmstadt, Germany, October 14-17, 2019.

Ever wondered why pearls are so expensive? Well, I certainly did and here’s what I found out. Pearls are a great example of the simple though irrational principle according to which we humans behave when it comes to prices. When a vendor places an item in the same row with other items of a certain category, we tend to estimate it accordingly.
The moral of all this — sometimes in order to market something one just needs to tell everyone that it’s precious even if the initial costs are very low and the prices are ridiculously high. And place that thing near those with comparable prices. It’s not a silver bullet though but just might work.
The prices are not intrinsic but are just what we people are ready to pay for stuff.

This might be pretty early on, but it might be a good idea to assemble teams endorsed by the government to experiment with independent self sustaining systems with the implementations of technologies such as Hydroponics, Aquaponics and Aeroponics, and oxygen generation with the help of algae or phytoplankton. I am aware that the point of this is to be completely independent of earth.

It would be considerably helpful to our progress to organize some kind of government centralized, remote education program accessible by the internet or by downloadable or physically distributed offline archives, so that people can have easy access to master sciences like physics, astrophysics/orbital mechanics/propulsion, stoichiometry, electronics principles and engineering, computer science, structural engineering, differential and integral calculus, and languages.

I have a lot of input in regards to how many of these subjects could be communicated/taught.
Resources for all of this obviously already exist, easily accessible on the internet, but it should be formatted, standardized, and all in one place, formatted so that it is clear to everyone that the source is from, unique to, and for Asgardia. Much like a vault or knowledge arc like they plan on doing with biological material in attempts to preserve biological diversity.

Since this hopefully will result in colonization, it should also be a priority to compile a digital database of influential literature throughout history, for both preservation and enrichment of knowledge of culture and our species.

I would love to hear comments and opinions on how this is or could be presented and implemented in the near future for widespread use. I may expand on this much more in the future or even start my own project since I have a lot of free time.
