Pourquoi? Car la vie dans l'Espace nécessite l'instauration de l'économie circulaire et l'utilisation des énergies vertes dès le départ! je suis nouveau parmi vous .mais j'espère faire parti de ceux qui peuvent enfin changer les choses et croire que nous autre être humain valons mieux que ce que nos congénère font de notre planète sans que l'on puisse agir avec notre conscience.. je souhaite vraiment que cette expérience soit dans un but d'élevé l'esprit humain et sa capacité de réflexion quand il s'agit de se protéger des nos propre erreur, de plus il serai temps, je pense qu'un groupe de notre espèce, prennent les devant en s'affranchissant des règles terrestre qui malheureusement ne profite qu'aux plus riches ou aux personnes d'influence pour pouvoir véritablement aider l'homme.. je ne souhaite en aucun cas me refugier dans une prison de cristal a 300km de la terre et laisser les 7millard d'autre souffrir de la cupidité de quelque un..

ainsi je demande a tout asgardien et asgardienne de ne pas hésité a venir me parler pour échanger nos idée et vision de se que pourrait être notre prochaine et au final seul vrais but dans cette ère incertaine et inédite dans laquelle l'homme se trouve..

Sorry to tell you, but this is bullshit. At the Big Bang, only hydrogen was created (after some time). Those hydrogen atoms were then fused together in burning stars to build helium and other elements, up to iron. All the elements heavier than iron were created by supernovae.

Hello Asgardians! After some discussion on other people's threads we opened our own thread in the Economic subsection of this forum. It was a long post, about a currency, and it was appreciated: someone made questions and got answers, it was an useful discussion and, as far we can tell, it didn't violate any forum posting rule. Today it is gone, Censors deleted it. There is no explanation at all, nor a PM telling us "your post violated the rule X of this forum, and for this reason we had to censure it." We don't like censorship as principle but we agree sometimes it is necessary if someone break rules. That's not our case, or at least the anonymous censor didn't take a minute to write us "your post was deleted because it break rule X". We're wondering why.. (also censoring an economy thread make us wonder what happens to controversial discussions, as religion, sexuality... or Science, Galileo docet) For a potential space country who claim as objective to reunite several populations under the same flag and organize the birth of a new Nation (trough a forum) this "fahrenheit 451°" action sounds very strange. 1) How an Asgardia citizen is meant to discuss relevant topics if he gets censored with no explanations about the rule he broke? Probably our post was censored for a valid reason, but we're sorry, we can't find it. 2) There are "online Asgardia cops" patrolling the forum and deleting posts they don't like. Shouldn't citizen know who these cops are? Shouldn't citizens know who those online cops respond to? Head of Nation? A peculiar Minister? Do these guards have an extra secret rulebook we should know about, to avoid incurring in their censorship? Dear Asgardians, there is no progress for a Nation who burns books. “A book is a loaded gun in the house next door... Who knows who might be the target of the well-read man?” It was a metaphorical warning, it was not meant to be taken literally ;-)

Some facts and thoughts: 1. Asgardia **is** (should be?) a Nation, *as **it choosen** to be a Nation*. At the moment is **not** a "*recognized* Nation", but "*recognition*" is **out** of our control, when "*being a Nation*" is **into** it: it seems we don't need others' recognition "*to be*" a Nation (legal support may be required, on this statement). Here a lawyer may add something, but I can see Palestine which **is** a Nation, even if (nearly) not recognized (2014 recognition by Sweden, with an embassy in Stockolm). An element we lack, about *being a Nation* we can find into this definition: "*State: organized political group that exercises authority over a **particular territory***" ( ): at the moment we're lacking the ***territory***. But one of the projects (may I say the most important one?) is exactly to "*establish a territory*" in the **space**. So, at the moment, it seems we *declared to be* a Nation, but we're *not meeting the requirements* (if they're mandatory): something like a little "undefined state". We have an *Head of Nation*, but we're not having a *Government*. *Maybe this is the reason of the trademark registration: to avoid the (future) Nation's name to be registered by someone other (patent trolling like) so that it won't be available for the moment we'll need to use it*. That's not necessarily something bad, as soon as Asgardia-the-Nation will own it's name at the moment of becoming a Nation (it seems a snake biting it's own tail, I know ;-)))). 2. After that "event" (declaration), over 500.000 people decided to *register* and over 171.000 people *confirmed* their registration *as citizens of the Nation*. 3. Mr. Ashurbeyli is the *Head **of the Nation*** (he calls himself like this **and** we explicitly agreed). With this title, he is writing to other countries' Head of Nations (20 jan to Mr. Trump (USA), 25 jan to Pravind Kumar Jugnauth (Rep. of Mauritius), etc.). 4. I wrote about the "*idea of a Nation*" not considering the legal aspects of what this implied, as I'm not a lawyer but, as we can see, our present state is not that well defined (even for a lawyer, IMHO). 5. "*Asgardia*" name and *Asgardia.space* **are** trademarks of **AIRC**, at least for the moment (see the pt.1 considerations above). 6. Who is writing Asgardia's ***Constitution*** should pay great attention to the previous mentioned points so to avoid, for the time the Constitution will become legal and the Nation will own it's territory, AIRC to own "Asgardia" (the name and the Nation): there should be at least an article, maybe the first one, where it should be stated something like that: "*Asgardia, as a sovereign Nation, is owned by it's people, leaded by the Head of Nation and it's Government choosen by democratic elections, and based on a territory*".

Quite why a nation becomes the property of a company - which is kind of backwards to how every other corporate structure on the planet operates, and this company the nation belongs to is already registered under another country - is a mystery to me. The _nation_ is not the property of a company. The _trademark_ is owned by the company, because once a trademark is filed it has to be owned by someone or something. The _nation_ does not exist, yet, and therefore cannot be owned by anyone, nor can it own anything.
