Greetings to you all,

I knew, as a candidate I maybe should be more active. But I do not want to immitate activity. It is the worst thing which can do the goverment candidate and very dangerous for the nation when activity immitated by the goverment member.

Almost everything serious I can say at this moment was said. For more serious work I should at first go through interview and (if I'm lucky) to see the internal political and economical system, to see how organised the system of goverment. So right now I'm not so active as previously. I'm waiting.

If you will want to ask me any question - I will answer.

And well, if I will go through the interview, my next post will be about questions to electorate, because I have my own ideas and opinions but the goverment member in first place is the servant of the nation and it's people. Goverment should stood for the interests of their people.

My experience in life has taught me that change is natural and one must evolve according to such changes. If only we maintain a crucial work-life, ecology, resource financial, health balance we will be able to achieve milestones with relative ease. Since this is a space nation of Asgardia, we will require a military level of discipline to execute functions on a daily basis. To accomplish such goals it is imperative to cultivate such individuals with better intellectual and physical abilities that can maintain discipline in both their work as well as social life with respect to self, others(Individuals and other species) and the environment as well.

We will cultivate an environment which will cultivate better individuals and these individuals will help cultivate a better environment for better learning. It is a cycle of progress and development with maximum potential tapping.

My first and prime Agenda is introducing a 5 Zoned learning system. Learning will be divided into 5 different zones each with its own distinct learning capability that allows students to be capable in terms of speech, linguistics, scientific and mathematical specialization, understanding & diagnosis of daily problems in plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems of both fixed and flexible assets(Vehicles), survival skills, learning, problem solving abilities, discipline of self through body &mind and finally social tolerance & etiquettes.
The learning structure will be implemented with a simple logic of channelization of energies of both mind and body of individuals/students and time allocation coupled with a behavioral study which will help lessen the problems of a generic present education format.
The new proposed format will have compulsory aspects in each zone to enable overall growth. These aspects are focused on to develop an individual/students social, generic, technical, physical, and mental faculties. The progress chart will be governed by another proposed software that will help with the overview of the development of an individual/student. The tools of education also differ as the proposed tool is the form of learning software that enables every student to learn at his own pace. This will be coupled with other training instruments like books, charts, reference guides, and classrooms. This is to prevent dependence on technology entirely.
The main aim is to increase thought & memory, learning & execution abilities and physical & mental capabilities.

To maintain a bar quality among all student of a particular age/group/class there will be a standard bar that will be maintained as such as to tap into the potential of any individual of a class will be equivalent to the performance of the entire class itself. Forms of learning will be in such modules divided into the basic, intermediate and expert levels. Like an arcade game, knowledge imparting will be separated into modules which will enable the student to progress by learning, understanding and executing properly his current level before moving to the next level. A special group session will also be created for students to encourage team coordination and balance the weakness and strengths in a group.

I have a basic layout of this 5 Zoned Learning System which encompasses both mental and physical forms of learning along with the skills required to maintain body and mind balance. Details of this System can be worked out more in diligence when this proposal is accepted by the Ministry and petition is filed accordingly for Asgardians to vote on.

The second Agenda is keeping a workforce active post-education. Engaging the youth in activities of trade, commerce, production, manufacturing, and services is also crucial. My second proposal will be specialized tie-ups with Asgardian organizations and other which will provide employment and development of Asgardian youth. These tie-ups will allow internships, probation for employment and finally the creation of a specialized workforce working in both short and long-term contractual capacities.
This tie-up will be such that will allow individuals to pursue higher studies with relative ease. Special short-term educational modules will be created for those who wish to pursue work and study alongside. The Ministry of Labour & Employment will assist us in this endeavor.

My third agenda will be a state-sponsored free education which will allow free and compulsory education to all individuals. Since the quality of education should not be compromised there will be a special work class within the Learning Centers which will generate revenue based on the skills of its students by various safe modes. Like selling of services of repair and diagnosis to contracted organizations. Say the paper personnel is required or data entry operators are required by a firm then students will be placed under contractual internships to such firms in specific periods of the year only. Say the Learning Center requires a supply of yearly versions of books, stationery, and other supplies. The Learning Center can employ its students to complete the supply run to save additional costs. This concept is borrowed from Japanese schools where students are employed to run the school in such fashion to teach work ethics & safety, discipline and development. This is a proposed basic overlay. Details will be worked out in more specific capacity on approval by the Ministry and petition approval by Asgardians.

My fourth Agenda will be the training of educators. Educators will be selected and trained such to enable better development of an individual prior to any form of learning. The priority is to develop respectful individuals before developing their skills. The students will learn from their teachers and act accordingly before selecting their career paths. The training module will help educators understand the needs and struggles of their student and act accordingly to resolve such issues. A progress chart will be maintained for teachers and educators as well in the form of a specialized software. This is a proposed basic overlay. Details will be worked out in more specific capacity on approval by the Ministry and petition approval by Asgardians.

My final Agenda is maintaining the health of students in these Learning Centers. Since the learning system is 5 Zoned covering a majority of the day with physical and mental strains in form of training and tests, it will be mandatory for Learning Centers to maintain Student Health Programme weekly. The weekly medical report will help assess student/individual current capabilities and will trigger action from that point on. This medical testing and administration will be carried out by the Ministry of Health officials according to their prescribed norms. This is a basic proposed outline plan and details will have to be worked out by both Ministries to check for viability. Also, a petition will be carried out post approval by Ministries for approval by Asgardians.

Also, any new propositions by fellow Asgardians are welcomed to improve my current proposal.

Prior to my citizenship of Asgardia, I had a dream of creating a place where I could be free from current defunct social structures. The objective was progress but overall progress of an individual does not come cheap nor unhindered.

I wished to progress by learning but educational systems were inadequate in imparting a student with different learning curves. So when I faced hurdles in my learning environments, I also thought of ways to counteract these problems and move beyond for my development.
It was a time when the Information Age did not connect me and it was a luxury to use a computer and the internet. A middle-class boy with inadequate resources can only progress so far. I used all the available resources and attempted to solve my basic problems of learning and living. Thanks to some guidance from my 11th&12th Grade Geography Teacher, Mrs. Manjula Teotia I got a direction in life. My previous years prior were directionless and I was flying loose like a kite without strings. I had talent and skills but no opportunity/direction to use them or point them at.
She not only helped me identifying myself but she also boosted my confidence and helped me identify my team skills in our 11 student class. This was my first real encounter with a teacher who shaped their students. She made me responsible and helped me identify my strengths and weakness. I learned what skills I need in the outside world and how to shape my own destiny.
After my schooling, I was a focused individual with good virtues from both my parents and teachers and a will to establish order both in my life as well as those around me.

I joined a law school as soon as I could over the course duration I saw varied changes in both my personality and behavior. I was strong before but now I had the responsibility of using that mental & physical strength for the betterment of society.
After graduating with a Hons. degree in Law, I got admitted to the Bar Council of India and now my real hurdles began surfacing.
I saw hurdles in the legal field in the form of intern exploitation by both practicing advocates and private companies. They all took advantage of the fact that a learning student will work for free. This was a displeasing fact as law schools itself train their students well enough that a law degree and bar admittance is just a technical hurdle.

A student certified as degree holder and license to practice are enough criteria for his work to be treated well and valued in both skill and monetary terms.

I decided that such a practice will not be allowed in my office and my interns will be paid well. I finished my internships till I needed to polish my skills and then I quickly turned an Independent Practitioner.

But now I faced more hurdles than before. The previous two systems were closed environments where hurdles were limited and a little oriented. But now I was in an open environment where I was among all sorts of players both within my field as well as outside.

I used my gaming experience in the territorial dominance of an area and applied in real life. Games like Chess, Ages of Empire/ FPS /Strategy and finally physical combat experience was useful in keeping my mind and body fit and keep a vigilant charge of my environment. I now traverse in three cities and follow my work ethic along with it.

But challenges like availability of resources, pollution, and my public handling still poses risks to me as an individual as well as my role as an Advocate.
I had finished my dissertation in College on Sustainable Development. Its basis was founded on my mother's habit of tending to her garden. She would dutifully take care of all the different plants and in doing so had made our house better and economical.

Our electricity bill is low enough to fulfill our needs. Our cooling systems like AC and Coolers need not be used much as our house has become naturally suited. In the summer it is cool enough and in the winters it is warm enough.
I followed an environment protection policy for my home and follow up on laws as well.
It may look like I have been going on about myself but in reality, my dream encompasses all these problems as well. Not just for me but for every citizen of this planet and this new Nation which has in its Constitution aimed at resolving such problems only signifies that all of us who have joined here have the same objective irrespective of the fact as to which field/profession/territory they reside or belong to.
My understanding is that our present social structures of government/administration/and others only propose change via progress but lack truly in bringing in the entirety of its community to achieve that true overall progress.

But being a new member has revitalized me and rekindled the hope that I can become a Global Citizen and one day for sure I will be among one of them who traversed space itself.

There was a game called Freelancer. One of my first games where I was a Space traveling individual who made trades of commodities, took missions and traveled from one space station to another planet. Now there are more games where a person can pursue real-life scenarios in space. But I am pleased to know that there is one Nation that brings that virtual reality to life itself.

Now I see myself as a future prospect for a space travel in my own spacecraft.

And why not, because we are a family.

It is my humble plea to each one of us to embrace kindness and compassion for all form of life both in the present day world where we exist as of now and to the outer space where we aspire to be or find our loved ones someday.

Animals, plants, aliens, anything that can feel or sense pain or is a blessing of Mother Nature or creation of the God almighty should and must be respected and treated the way we would like us to be treated.

This is my first ever blog, not a big fan of blogging but the idea and objective of Asgardia have left me awestruck. In the current scenario and deteriorating condition of our earth we should be thankful to Asgardia to just take up this initiative of thinking about the upcoming generations. As we all know it is high time that some hard measures are to be undertaken for the survival of mankind in this ever changing environment. With the increase in pollution and depletion of our natural resources, the increasing health hazards to humans comes handy.

Utilization of space and its resources would help the earth to sustain for a longer period of time and let our future generations be left with resources that we use today.
