My experience in life has taught me that change is natural and one must evolve according to such changes. If only we maintain a crucial work-life, ecology, resource financial, health balance we will be able to achieve milestones with relative ease. Since this is a space nation of Asgardia, we will require a military level of discipline to execute functions on a daily basis. To accomplish such goals it is imperative to cultivate such individuals with better intellectual and physical abilities that can maintain discipline in both their work as well as social life with respect to self, others(Individuals and other species) and the environment as well.
We will cultivate an environment which will cultivate better individuals and these individuals will help cultivate a better environment for better learning. It is a cycle of progress and development with maximum potential tapping.
My first and prime Agenda is introducing a 5 Zoned learning system. Learning will be divided into 5 different zones each with its own distinct learning capability that allows students to be capable in terms of speech, linguistics, scientific and mathematical specialization, understanding & diagnosis of daily problems in plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems of both fixed and flexible assets(Vehicles), survival skills, learning, problem solving abilities, discipline of self through body &mind and finally social tolerance & etiquettes.
The learning structure will be implemented with a simple logic of channelization of energies of both mind and body of individuals/students and time allocation coupled with a behavioral study which will help lessen the problems of a generic present education format.
The new proposed format will have compulsory aspects in each zone to enable overall growth. These aspects are focused on to develop an individual/students social, generic, technical, physical, and mental faculties. The progress chart will be governed by another proposed software that will help with the overview of the development of an individual/student. The tools of education also differ as the proposed tool is the form of learning software that enables every student to learn at his own pace. This will be coupled with other training instruments like books, charts, reference guides, and classrooms. This is to prevent dependence on technology entirely.
The main aim is to increase thought & memory, learning & execution abilities and physical & mental capabilities.
To maintain a bar quality among all student of a particular age/group/class there will be a standard bar that will be maintained as such as to tap into the potential of any individual of a class will be equivalent to the performance of the entire class itself. Forms of learning will be in such modules divided into the basic, intermediate and expert levels. Like an arcade game, knowledge imparting will be separated into modules which will enable the student to progress by learning, understanding and executing properly his current level before moving to the next level. A special group session will also be created for students to encourage team coordination and balance the weakness and strengths in a group.
I have a basic layout of this 5 Zoned Learning System which encompasses both mental and physical forms of learning along with the skills required to maintain body and mind balance. Details of this System can be worked out more in diligence when this proposal is accepted by the Ministry and petition is filed accordingly for Asgardians to vote on.
The second Agenda is keeping a workforce active post-education. Engaging the youth in activities of trade, commerce, production, manufacturing, and services is also crucial. My second proposal will be specialized tie-ups with Asgardian organizations and other which will provide employment and development of Asgardian youth. These tie-ups will allow internships, probation for employment and finally the creation of a specialized workforce working in both short and long-term contractual capacities.
This tie-up will be such that will allow individuals to pursue higher studies with relative ease. Special short-term educational modules will be created for those who wish to pursue work and study alongside. The Ministry of Labour & Employment will assist us in this endeavor.
My third agenda will be a state-sponsored free education which will allow free and compulsory education to all individuals. Since the quality of education should not be compromised there will be a special work class within the Learning Centers which will generate revenue based on the skills of its students by various safe modes. Like selling of services of repair and diagnosis to contracted organizations. Say the paper personnel is required or data entry operators are required by a firm then students will be placed under contractual internships to such firms in specific periods of the year only. Say the Learning Center requires a supply of yearly versions of books, stationery, and other supplies. The Learning Center can employ its students to complete the supply run to save additional costs. This concept is borrowed from Japanese schools where students are employed to run the school in such fashion to teach work ethics & safety, discipline and development. This is a proposed basic overlay. Details will be worked out in more specific capacity on approval by the Ministry and petition approval by Asgardians.
My fourth Agenda will be the training of educators. Educators will be selected and trained such to enable better development of an individual prior to any form of learning. The priority is to develop respectful individuals before developing their skills. The students will learn from their teachers and act accordingly before selecting their career paths. The training module will help educators understand the needs and struggles of their student and act accordingly to resolve such issues. A progress chart will be maintained for teachers and educators as well in the form of a specialized software. This is a proposed basic overlay. Details will be worked out in more specific capacity on approval by the Ministry and petition approval by Asgardians.
My final Agenda is maintaining the health of students in these Learning Centers. Since the learning system is 5 Zoned covering a majority of the day with physical and mental strains in form of training and tests, it will be mandatory for Learning Centers to maintain Student Health Programme weekly. The weekly medical report will help assess student/individual current capabilities and will trigger action from that point on. This medical testing and administration will be carried out by the Ministry of Health officials according to their prescribed norms. This is a basic proposed outline plan and details will have to be worked out by both Ministries to check for viability. Also, a petition will be carried out post approval by Ministries for approval by Asgardians.
Also, any new propositions by fellow Asgardians are welcomed to improve my current proposal.
