In Asgardia, we will need leisure, for our pleasure, relaxation and fun,  such as parks, disco pubs, shops and restaurants, spaces for sport and  wellbeing! Any other ideas?

The apartments of Asgardia, must be simple, and essential, small but  designed to be very spacious! A modern and effective design, few  cupboards, few furniture, a relaxing space with harmonious and well-lit  lines!

Imagine you're a scientist, and an enterpreneur...

Now imagine this company, so florid in the past, nowadays, maybe 'cause of the global crisis, maybe 'cause of something other, is in difficult...

Now... imagine you're thinking at these difficulties, how to cope with them, while inattentive browsing the usual Facebook's pages. Your attention, casually, goes to the FB's logo, and this will remember you that FB's CEO is the fifth richest world's man (56 billion dollars)...

The question is: wouldn't you fund a space nation too? ;-)

As @ Zahira wrote here , the thread where some of us was sharing our concerns about the Constitution's draft have been suddenly closed.
As we're users , not citizens , I'm sure she have all the rights to close our thread (the same as she'll have the rights to close this thread too, to ban me and all the other, or even this, thread's participants).

Does it means that, if any user wish to write about any topic which is even vaguely identified as " about the Constitution " will be forced to do that into the "right" thread?

Does it means the " top floor " don't likes all the speculations we was doing (maybe they was too much true, who knows?), under the Sun's light and opened to all for comments, so they, instead of interacting with us (maybe to give some... mmm... here I've to place kind of A-word , as I can't write " answer " into a public forum for sure).

As @petrv correctly stated, psychology of the masses and neurolinguistic programming asks for:

1. " silence from the top " (unless closing threads or banning users becomes a need)
2. clean out the possible opposition " by their (our) disgust and the feeling of helplessness"

So, my dear officials, administrators and even moderators: you'll have just to clearly state I've to leave, and I'll do, as I'm not used to stay where I'm not wanted.
Alternatively, you can (cowardly) ban me and delete this thread: it will be the same, to me, as I'm able to read " between lines "... if that can be said. ;-)

To avoid misunderstandings, I've to specify and clearly state we , that thread's participants

1. didn't ask the moderators to collect our concerns or suggestions in any way, to copy/forward them into " the right thread ".
2. are more than able to open that thread and to write there whatever concern and suggestion we wish it will be written there , with no doubt .

Good morning, asgardians

Today I awakened with a tune in my mind (*) and, while I was whistling it, while I was moving in my kitchen, preparing a giant pasta with tomato sauce, these words came to my mind: Asgardia... as gardia... as(tro) gardia... Astro Guardians . :-)

As this is fun, but it may be our future also, I'm placing this thread under this section: mods can move it at their own discretion. ;-)

(*) this is not an endorsement, as I voted for this one instead (and this is an endorsement :-D)

If someone likes to (virtually) meet, without having to move to thousand chilometers away, into a 3D (nearly) realistic environment, we can even use SecondLife .
My registered name is " Elwe Ewing " (real, or "legacy", name) but I bet I can be found, there, as " Elwe Thor " as well.
Will try searching for an Asgardia group or to found one, eventually.

What can you find on SL?

Social events (music, meetings, scientific ones also)
Crazy places
Crazy things (I did that, yes)
Spaceships
Traditional boats (and seas to sail too)
And, last but (maybe) not least... ME :-D  (but even thousands of other residents too ;-))

Was looking here and there, in the forum, many users managing to exchange their own "IDs" of various comms services, like Steam, Discord, etc.
Why not placing online a TeamSpeak server, then, instead of relying to others' services (we can also contro very few)?
I did it on a machine (Apple's MacPro) in my LAN, a few time ago, to communicate with my friends: even if TS may seem "old tech" I saw that

1. creating a (software) TS server is really easy
2. the same as defining accounts and privileges
3. communications needs very few bandwitdh, as TS was made with that target in mind
4. it needs really few machine's resources
5. TS is still actively developed
6. can be privately used for free (this must be better inspected: at the moment I can see " up to 512 connections as Non Profit ": pretty sure there is some opensource alternative also, like some mix of XMPP and SIP) or it costs very few anyway, having our own servers.

I mean: nowadays is ok to use other services, as Asgardia have not developed internal ones yet but, for the future, it should be considered into the whole Communication's Infrastructure (like VoIP-phones, IMs, etc.).

Accordingly to the ongoing study/process of better understanding the involved components and technologies, so to formalize a project proposal to submit to Asgardia.Civic, I'm updating the initial "feature request". Further updates will take place as soon as we'll better define the details.

Subject: Voice Routing Services
Description: flexible ed interoperable Voice Services, usable by means of various kinds of "clients" to authenticate and communicate, at various levels, by means of a "routing service" built into Asgardia's IT network structure.
Proponents: @ Elwe Thor , @ Inductive Soul (and anyone other who knows these kind of systems, or just wishes to help: we'll be glad to expand the proponents' group)

Table of Contents

1. Voice Routing servers (VRs): PBX-like system which will be used to establish point-to-point, multi-point or broadcast connection between clients.
2. Network: various kinds of networks (e.g. WAN, LAN, WiFi, radio, sat, etc.), all supporting TCP/IP.
3. NOC (Network Operation Center): Voice Routing servers' management, which can coincide with the current Asgardia's one (AIRC IT Team). The structure (persons) dedicated to manage the clients' software/hardware, configurations (terminal kinds and capabilities), authorizations (see below), helpdesk, failures, usage statistics, etc.
4. NAC (Network Accounting Center): the structure (persons) which will feed the traffic data to our Ministry of Finance, to allow them calculating fees, at the time Asgardia's government will decide the service, whole or in part, will be pay for use (this structure may be the same as NOC). At the moment the system is intended for (asgardians') internal use, for free, so that's a "planned feature".
5. software clients: voice (/video/IM/filetransfer) clients, for the various operative systems (at least the mainstream ones: Android, iOS, Windows, Mac, Linux) to use by terminals to authentication to Asgardia's network, to use the "name/address resolution" features to establish the PtP/MP/Broadcast connections.
   (list of available softwares will follow)
6. Service's subdomain: a subdomain section, into asgardia.space one, to uniquely identify the Voice Services (PBX servers and services), so that they can run separately from other current or future ones. Proposed subdomain is voip. asgardia.space .
7. Authentication server(s): implementation, into the current authentication service, of the "extensions" (info fields) needed by the Voice Routing Service in terms of
   - access: basic authorization level which allows/disallows the system's usage to blocked users, IPs, etc.
   - profile: VR specific "class of usage" (also called C lass o f S ervice), so to distinguish the various "levels" (e.g. "foreign", "governative", "personal", etc.)
   - accounting: any data related to accounting (this is a reserved option , at the moment, as the system is intended for "internal use" (by asgardians) and for free)

This ToC will expand as more details will be available.

As I'm writing into Ministry of Justice / Civil Justice 's forum's branch, I bet there are even lawyers reading here, so my question: as far as you read, listened to Dr. Ashurbeyli's words, as for your knowledge... what idea you have developed on the subject?

Are we, here, now, (site/forum) users or citizens ?

Premesso che ho fatto qualche ricerca, anche se forse non così approfondita, e che non ho conoscenze legali a mia volta, chiederei agli esperti legali eventualmente presenti nel chapter (mi pare ce ne sia almeno uno) una definizione di " spazio internazionale ".

Mi spiego meglio: sappiamo che le " acque internazionali " sono quelle che, genericamente (senza entrar troppo in dettaglio), vanno oltre le " 12 miglia " dalle coste di una nazione (definite "acque interne e territoriali"). Ora... sebbene i mari abbiano una profondità , la definizione è "bidimensionale" nel senso che tutto quello che si trova "sotto" la superficie marina, è ritenuto "parte della" nazione se entro le 12 miglia, esattamente come il suolo e sottosuolo, senza limitazione di profondità (chiaramente la "limitazione geometrica" è costituita dal fatto che il diritto si ferma al centro della Terra e non prosegue oltre... anche se, idealmente, potrebbe).

Cosa avviene, invece, "sopra"? So che esiste uno " spazio aereo ", che viene però definito, sempre in termini bidimensionali, più che altro relativamente ai " servizi al volo " offerti agli aeromobili, secondo le definizioni ICAO , la cui estensione superiore è chiamata UIR ( upper flight information region ).
Quel che intendo è: fin dove , in altezza, si estende la " sovranità aerea " di uno Stato? ovvero, credo, dove inizia lo " spazio " (che, penso, dovrebbe essere internazionale)?
La domanda che ne consegue è: i satelliti che ruotano attorno alla Terra, posto che le orbite, per ovvi motivi, sono ben note, non dispongono di "orbite di proprietà " degli Stati proprietari degli stessi, giusto? (ho un amico convinto che sia così) Nemmeno le "costellazioni" di satelliti, quali i vari sistemi GPS (americano, russo, cinese, ed ora europeo), credo.
Da questa pagina leggo che " in astronautica la mesosfera viene considerata il confine con lo spazio interplanetario " (quindi 50 km di altitudine) oltre il quale dovrebbe valere il Trattato sullo spazio extra-atmosferico che però, per il poco che ho letto, non definisce esattamente l'altitudine oltre la quale cessa la sovranità nazionale (tant'è che, nel 1976 con la "Dichiarazione di Bogotà", otto nazioni hanno reclamato il controllo del " percorso orbitale geosincrono " (ovvero " quello che ti passa sulla testa e resta fermo (sincrono) in posizione ").

La curiosità verte su un discorso che si faceva in merito al "territorio" di Asgardia: siccome proprio il territorio è uno dei punti cardine, stabiliti dalle Nazioni Unite, per potersi definire "nazione", c'era chi proponeva di mettere, in acque internazionali, dei pontoni galleggianti ed usarli come "base territoriale" onde poi richiedere lo status di "nazione". La mia impressione è che, se AIRC riuscirà a mettere in orbita un satellite anche piccolo, e questo risiederà quindi nello "spazio internazionale", lo stesso dovrebbe poter essere usato come "territorio" e fornire la "base territoriale" alla prossima richiesta alle NU.
