Being an Asgardian citizen for a while, I feel like I have to make some kind of contribution, and I decided that it's gonna be space art and space ambient music. Because let's face it : the universe is mostly an empty grey and silent place. (there's a reason why all Hubble pics are pimped with artificial colouring). So I'm gonna fill this space with some of my alien 3D renders and ethereal cosmic music. This render I made in Artmatic Voyager software, an amazing platform to create procedural imaginary spacescapes.

Today the logo of Asgardia and the slogan "One Humanity, One Unity" were applied to the solar arrays of Asgardia-1 Satellite.

Once the satellite is in a free flight, the solar arrays will be deployed, and the Asgardian symbols will be floating in the outer space.

These activities took place  in the clean room of the Nanoracks facilities in Houston.

While we are still waiting to hear the exact launch date of OA-8 Cygnus space craft that will take Asagrdia-1 satellite into orbit later this year, the preparations are on-going at full speed. As part of pre-launch activities the logo and the motto of Asgardia will be applied to the solar arrays.

These are the templates which have arrived earlier today at the facilities of Nanoracks (Asgardia's partner in launching the satellite).

We will be following closely how they will be engraved on our satellite, and will report to you.

In the meantime, please remember to upload files of your choice to the satellite via Asagrdia web-site . This is the only chance in history to take off into space on-board the first Asgardia satellite!

I am a normal guy who thinks the current political system is not in touch with the common people. They stand way above the rest and do not understand everyday problems. I want to represent us as just a normal guy who thinks like you and will act accordingly. Power to the people!

Since I'm now an Asgardian, and being serious about it, I guess I'll have to start by introducing myself. Asgardia really feels like a place I've always been looking for. I know we're a space race and the universe is our future (and probably our past as well). So being Asgardian feels really natural to me. I'm actually very proud to be part of this community of likeminded people. What I want to contribute to Asgardia ? In short : space music ! I've been an ambient music producer for decades, and more and more my music has been becoming free of traditional earthy rules like timing and tuning signatures. My ambient music is based on randomness and unpredictability, very much like life and the universe itself, and I always picture it as being the perfect soundtrack for space travel in hybernation, or just working on board of a space vessel, while occasionally looking outside to wonder off into deep thoughts. So expect some links to my cosmic soundscapes here soon, as well as some of my deeper reflections about the place of us humans in the universe. The picture above is one I made of an imaginary planet landscape, and is the artwork of one of my DeepMind ambient pieces.
