Yes, definitely. An ID card helps solidify one's citizenship of a legally established nation. I also believe there should be options available to people where they can opt for an actual ID card or via implant (like an NFC tag, as provided by biohacking organizations like Dangerous Things).
id card is important to show something special and serious. we can create id cards and charge it on who would like to hold it and post. price must not be in commercial.
