Over the next century what more than likly will happen is Asgardia will some how find a way to become a country or will be somehow recognized as a professional/cultural institution. All well said and done but with out backing by an billionaire or two we will maintain our self as what we are now intellectuals and idealists. With people like eloan musk and his spacex, nasa and the many other national and private space company's out there what more than likly will happens they will be the first if not only ones to create sustainable exoterrain living/work stations. Much like with the rise of the industrial revolution the begining will be filled with captalistic ventures in space. Via mining, colonization, or research. What does this mean for asgardia? Well expanding on the principles of our mission we must become a much desired outsourcing platform. Much like with technical support in India or manufacturing in china. We must be the goto for labor so that when the corporate space race rises the fruition it will be Asgardians pioneering the stars. Maybe only a few of us will make it at first but after industry is established then we will demand reconition and use it as a platform for creating independence. And then have true ground to stand on. Unfortunately unless we start an almost religious movement recruiting big names in space exploration and get huge finational backing maybe even multinational support to form a joint effert we will be surrpressed before we ever break ground. Because of this the best way to actually reach our goals would be to form a trade union. Specializing in aerospace; research, engineering, assembly, astronauting, exo-colonization, mining, and transportation ect... Inorder to be choosen as the pioneers of space instead of corporate lackys. Asgardia must form a union and become internationally reconized as the goto pipeline for employees and contractors that maintain high standards and hold true to the benifit of our kind. They will choose Asgardians because we will be the best and the brightest of man kind we will be the dreamers that carry us to the stars. The Asgardian union will become unmatched in that we will be the ones that hold companys accountable for their treatment of employees, we will set industry standards, we will pioneer safety standards for the future, we will guarantee the treatment and living conditions of spacefarers and colonists, we will fight or equality and stand as the vanguards of all space peoples. I propose a vote or the formation of a union as will as a industry trade book and magazine . To build our work force and guarantee the rights of said work force as will as keep us informed of industry practices and promote ideas for future practices Also note its much easyer to get reconition as a union
