As a robotics student and entrepreneurial thinker, i have always desired to start an organization for like- minded individuals who would create the foundations of a technology-based asteroid mining infrastructure. Such an infrastructure would open the way to the infinite resources available outside of the earth. It would serve to open the doors of infinity. As you all know, Election day is fast approaching. I have been busy with daily life and with eight days left, time is of the essence for us to pay our Mayoral candidate fee of 100 euros by september 9th. I would do this myself, but as many of you may well assume, my necessities need to be taken care of and it is at this point that I dont beleive i will have the required funds to be able to run and to act on our shared vision for a strong community of asgardians. Hello, all. As many of you know by now, I am running for mayor. The many elitist governments of the world have failed us and Asgardia is giving us the opportunity to speak out and make our voices, your voices heard. I am running to represent you and the humanist values we all hold dear. My campaign seeks to break ground and build a foundation for the future to be built on. I, myself am a 23 year old mixed hispanic, afro-american male, born in Panama and currently living in Indiana. I work a nine to five warehouse job to maintain the small studio apartment where i reside with the woman I intend to marry. I grew up in an Army family and have lived in Germany, panama, and the great U.S. of A.. I have always had a vision to make a change. Asgardia is that change. I want the chance to listen to your concerns and bring them in front of parliament in order to build a strong future for our posterity. Take a look at my platform. In order to create a strong future for my Asgardian constituents we must lead by example . That's why i want to campaign on creating the foundation of  a healthcare infrastructure for every asgardian. If our people are healthy and strong we can better pursue our dream of a sustainable future in space. My second pillar is to found a research center, in order to come up with new and creative ways to implement solar and other sustainable technologies into our cities and towns. The third pillar is good stewardship of our environment. By establishing volunteer and recycling programs to engage our communities and clean up our communities. Before we ever leave the earth. We must become an example of the society we wish to create here on our homeworld.
