I have seen that system say i have only 100 Kb to send, but i registered as asgardian citizen many months ago. It suppose i must have 200 Kb. Why only 100?

Hi,
I have the same issue as the Asgardians above.
I registered last year, and then in December obtained the citizenship code.
However, I am still unable to proceed further in the "Get Certificate" beyond the name spelling check, because the button "Name is spelt correctly" just simply does not work - on both computer and iPad.
How to resolve this issue? Thank you

This morning i can see i have 200 Kb, but some times shows 100. Possibly is fixed. Thanks.
