Are education centres necessary in earth countries?

Asgardian authorities should conduct primary,junior,itermediate and higher education centers in each earth countries .so families of asgardians families may get litracy through out the world.

sir, Being a space nation it is not possible but by experienced scientists are our asdardians they must try to apply new technologies for conducting education for asgardians unknown about modern education.Thanks for reply.
