I'd like to propose the constitution of a focus group on project management methologies and praxis, with the aim to set the best practices for developing Asgardian initiatives.

Various organizations have come up with standards that is implemented in the daily lives of the us humans. And Asgardia is a place where people from all areas of the planet will be present, hence varying standards. It is of highest importance to have a standards in measurements and physical commodities that will be used in the daily lives.

I think that quite different methodologies and praxis have to be adopted in Asgardia as the Asgardian initiatives are expected to be unusual and very ambitious and looked to be realized in short times.
