Something I think we're in need, to keep intouch each other, is IRC (Internet Relay Chat: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Relay_Chat) as it seems the low-cost, easy, and well known way to make something dynamic which can be hosted under arcadia.space and worldwide visible, also configurable with multilevel access to differentiate global things from Asgardia's one.
It may be used, also, to make projects' developers to keep intouch far quicker than e-mail or forum posts.
Text-strings communications are lightweight than e-mail/forum ones and IRC can be also automated with bots for many purposes, this thinking we'll have to relay our messages through Asgardia's orbiting servers.
IRC clients are stable ones and lightweight on PCs, terminals and smartphones too.

This proposal, if considered valuable, may go under Other Features like wiki, bug tracking, etc.

EDIT

As you can read here https://asgardia.space/en/forum/forum/feedback-11/topic/a-little-suggestion-3484/?post=18020#18020 it seems XMPP is far better than (old) IRC, so I'm changing my FR in this way, thanks/credits to @EyeR.
