I think bulk resources would be our biggest contribution, because let's face it this project will need a LOOOOOOTTTTTT of metal. Our radars and telescopes could also play a big part. But enough of my ideas! What do you guys think!?

We need to get beyond resources. Mining of high value metals in appropriate sites sure. Then we also process, refine, fabricate and construct the parts. Set up right we could go from digging up dirt to launching satellite within a few ks radius.
