I'll try to remain technical for what I can do (I'm not a lawyer), I was reasoning of three major principles which have to be developed after, in correlated and interconnected points:

  • Principle of Identity
  • Principle of Integrity
  • Principle of Equality

Principle of Identity: It ensures the free will of an individual (both a person or a society), including property and copyright laws, freedom of speech and ideas, and so on

Principle of Integrity: It ensures the right of a good health (abstracting this term, so referring to phisical health, reputation health, property health and so on).

Principle of Equality: this will cover the justice part, it ensures that the principles before are applied to everyone (so including discrimination rules too).

These principles have to be developed for every aspect, both private and public, associations and societies, security and health, and so on
