Could you please provide official information: When is deadline for submitting proposal of the Constitution?

Additional note: I am member of group that is self-orginized in constitution writing (all are welcome to join) and at moment am worried will we finish on time since we do not have any information about procedure for submission of proposals for Constitution.

For example:

Can one author give proposal, or this should be team work?

How to propose and where will be submitted for revision by Asgardians?

Do we have team of experts formed for revision (economy, law, health)?

Who did choose members of that team?

What are requirements one member need have?

Is there present mandatory body that will run revision?

If there is where we can see that body?

etc ...
