Indians celebrate Holi in a traditional pattern Indians burn fire and through different colors on each other Men and women sing and dance with children.On the occasion all Indians enjoy different sweets and meals in Mathura and Vrindavan birth place of Krishna it is very specific as Lattha Maar Holi.I want to know other traditions of different countries on holi festival .Asgardians should also celebrate it in different way.

Nope. It is pretty clear that Asgardia is a secular nation. There is nothing that Asgardians as a whole must / should do in relation to religious rites or practices.

What you are doing here is no different than if I said "Asgardians should celebrate Festivus". As awesome as a celebration it is (especially the airing of grievances and the feats of strength), I have no right to impose that view or belief on any of my fellow Asgardians.
