asgardia as a nation should have a central  intelligence  agencies  equipped with sophisticated technology  so as to protect them selves  from future traits from earth and interplanatory  issues like if..  Martians decide to make some funny moves...  Or if earthlings decide to lauch attacks of any kind...  

Too soon for this kind of stuff I'd say.. it'll surely develop when the time is right.
