Should Asgardia look at creating a database of citizens, like the Estonian Persons Registry or the even include Biometrics, like Aadhar? And if so, would storing details in a block chain, recording all accesses be useful. Further if Asgardia where to create an Aadhar like system, would using a paper temporary ID, again like Aadhar, be a useful idea for the nation to explore.
