Can you be more precise with "a variety of options" ?

It should be possible, in theory at least, to "remap" the interface to the user's native language - this should be easy as all the interface is somewhat "static", as opposed to the varied and fluid content that makes individual post translation difficult(but might be viable soon, there's good advancements in this field - much is open source).

There are Chinese forums available. Simply click on the Forum Index tab above, go down the list until you see Regions. Click to enter that section, and you can locate the Chinese forums there. You are welcome to use Google translate or Bing translator and simply copy and paste the English translation in the other forums that you would like to participate in.
