I'm not overly clear of your intent with "erase topics" - If you'd like an individual post removed, edit it to indicate and request a moderator remove - but threads themselves should remain, if for no other reason for future reference. What can be considered useless today may turn out to be useful another time.

Private messaging is still a project in view of the IT group.

In regard of an erase topic button, we keep it for the moderation team. It is in regard to archivate messages.
