I think standard convention would be "Belgian Asgardian." Unless you hail from Asgardia and are living in Belgium, in which case it would be "Asgardian Belgian." If you're the latter, you must be a time traveller, because we haven't haven't launched Asgardia proper yet!

American Moroccan Asgardian HHH. But of course that isn't the whole story. I have cajun roots that go all the way to France.

Well, then that would make me Native/American-Asgardian. Or rather, a Native American who'se also a first generation Asgardian.
That's the problem with nationalities; they're more or less arbatrary and completely fluid. :P

@Prometheousnx wow, a native American (or an Indian like we say in Europe) Asgardian, what's your tribe (I mean like Sioux or Apache).

I would class myself as a Earthling-Asgardian personally, as I don't believe in boarders.
(And coming from Belfast, Northern Ireland, I can testify that boarders have caused nothing but misery throughout history)

American-Asgardian here, I interpret the first part should be for nationality back on earth.
Even though I'm a mixture of italian and mexican, and say I'm a mexican-american depending on the situation. I call myself an asgardian-american. I think it would be a little confusing if I list mexican-american-asgardian because there is the possibility of someone that's confused of what country I come from.
