Asgardia protects the EARTH, not SPACE. In fact, it will try to prevent the militarization of space.
As far as I can tell, there is no 'space law' yet, so that whole concept is purely theoretical.

The only space law is the OST of 1969, its very basic. Now to the question of if Asgardia should uphold the space law, yes. I think as a nation that lies in outer space it would be our domain. HOWEVER, the militarization of space is a very bad idea. We must be the voice of reason for Earth.
